Start by outlining the edges with the brown marker , let dry then apply the black marker.

This Will give the effect of a thicker Frame. 

Your frame is a plastic frame and is the correct frame for higher prescriptions as these frames have thicker eyewires to metal frames... 

However the higher the prescription the thicker the edges ...

Try this for now until you find a much thicker plastic frame.
